Returns & Cancellations

Because each piece is handmade, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before ordering.

Made-to-Order or Personalised Pieces
Items that are made to order are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings.

Damages or Faulty Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if an item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong piece. We’ll repair, replace, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
