Each piece is handmade and unique. Small variations in finish, colour or texture are part of its character and not considered faults.
Prices are shown in GBP and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Handmade Nature

All jewellery is made or finished by hand. Slight differences between photographs and your finished piece are normal. Every effort is made to photograph colours accurately, but your screen may display them differently.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order you agree that all information you provide is complete and accurate.
Payment is taken at checkout through secure third-party processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal etc.).
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, or we suspect misuse.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the UK.
Delivery times are estimates only; delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provide.

  • Made-to-order or personalised items – no change-of-mind cancellations.

  • Earrings – for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns once the hygiene seal is broken.
